摘要
本文根据焦化厂备煤控制系统和PLC的应用特点提出了系统抗干扰措施,分别从硬件和软件方面进行了阐述,并通过现场实际运行表明这些措施的综合运用能够基本消除现场干扰信号的影响,从而保证备煤系统的可靠运行。
According to control system of coal preparation ofcoking plants and the application characteristic of PLC,systematic anti-jamming measures are proposed and elaboratedfrom the hardware and the software aspect in this paper. Andthrough the scene actual utilization, these measures can almosteliminate the influence of the unwanted signals, which ensure thereliable working of coal preparation system.
