摘要
本文介绍了自动化立体仓库出入库系统货物外形检测装置的工作原理和实现方法。该装置利用PLC对货物外形尺寸进行长、宽、高三方向检测,若超差,货物不准入库,须重新整理后,才能入库。从而保证了进出仓货物的外形尺寸不超过一定范围。
Because of the goods in the stereoscopic storehouse must be limited in the external form size, a detecting set for external form of goods is designed to measure its three-dimensional size. When overtaking size limit, entering warehouse is prohibited. Operation principle and implementation of the detection set are introduced in the paper.
