摘要 产品的生命周期即产品的技术成熟度判定对于企业正确的产品开发决策至关重要,本文介绍了古典TRIZ理论的产品成熟度判定方法,分析了其不足并给出了补充判定方法,最后给出了案例以验证方法的有效性。 How to judge the product maturity is important for theproduct development strategy of company. The TRIZ methodsfor product maturity are introduced, the drawback is analyzedand complementary ways are given in the paper. In the end, acase is given to verify the feasibility of the new method.
