摘要
针对活套拉丝机采用直流拖动,若多台联动,就有可能产生启动或停车时转筒之间不同步,造成钢丝拉断而不能正常运行的缺点;提出了采用交流变频调速拖动的改进措施,并设计了一种反串给定控制回路,解决了上述问题,取得了很好的效益。
According to the shortcoming of the direct current driving drawbench, the variable frequency variable velocity modulation driving is proposed. Elaborated the drawbenchs operating principle, if some drawbenches linked, the starts or stops of the tumblers may be not synchronized, and it would induce the steel wire snapped. So a kind of circuit is designed in this paper, which can solve the problem that the speed of each tumbler not synchronization. Finally there is a effect analysis.
