摘要
应用PLC和触摸屏控制改造爆炸喷涂设备,利用模拟量模块采集压力和流量值代替原设备的控制卡,再通过触摸屏将流量与压力值显示出来;当流量与压力符合工艺参数要求的条件,操作触摸屏控制按钮控制完成喷涂流程。由于PLC自身的在工业控制中的稳定性以及触摸屏组态的良好用户界面,完全可以取代原计算机控制系统。实践证明该系统能够实现高频率的爆炸喷涂过程,并且性能可靠,操作方便。
Control modification of D-Gun-Spray based on PLC and touch-panel is introduced in the paper. AD module substitutes the control card of original equipment to collect pressure and flux, and the value is displayed on touch-panel. If the flux and pressure accord with the technical parameter, the spray flow could be run according to the input from the touch-panel. Because of stability of PLC and good UI of touch-panel, the original computer control system can be replaced by this system completely. This system is proved that can realize high frequency explode spray flow with credible capability.
