摘要
为从废旧锂离子电池正极材料中分离出的黑色混合粉末(包括钴酸锂、乙炔黑及少量铝)中浸出钴,用正交实验,调整因素水平以使钴的浸出率达到最大化。结果表明,从黑色混合粉末中浸出钴的最佳条件为:硫酸的浓度3 mol/L,双氧水浓度2.4 mol/L,反应时间30 min,ρ(黑色混合粉末)为60 g/L,此时,钴的浸出率约为99.6%。
To get the maximizing leaching ratio of cobalt from black blended powder (bbp) containing LiCoO2, acetylene black and tiny amount of aluminum obtained from cathode materials of spent lithium ion batteries, orthogonal tests were designed with four factors, then, to adjust factors levels for maximizing of leaching ratio of cobalt. The results indicate that a leaching efficiency of about 99.6% of cobalt can be achieved when 3 mol/L H2SO4 and 2.4 mol/L H202 solutions are used at an ρ(bbp) = 60 g/L and a reaction time of 30 min.
