摘要
测定了乙基纤维素(EC)、聚丙烯酸(PAA)乳液、聚氨酯(PU)乳液等的水溶性和醇溶性,空气中燃烧挥发性和热失重性能。用PAA乳液配制的电子浆料具有较好的流变性,满足烧结时挥发和丝网印刷要求,但存在干燥速度过快(20℃,1 h)和烧结体针孔大的缺陷。分析表明:上述水溶性高分子不可以直接用作中温烧结型电子浆料水性载体的增稠剂,而改性后的EC、PAA和PU体系水性载体将在中温烧结型电子浆料中应用。
Thermogravimetries, volatilities, and solubilities in water and alcohol of the ethylic cellulose (EC), polyacrylic acid (PAA) emulsion and polyurethane (PU) emulsion were examined. Results indicate, the dry velocity of the dielectric paste prepared by using PAA emulsion is too quick, and the pin pole size of the sintered paste is larger than that of the common paste, though the paste used PAA emulsion has ideal rheological behaviors at sintering and silk screen printing. Further, above water-soluble polymers can not be used directly as the thickener of the aqueous vehicle for the preparation of the electric paste by middle temperature sintering process. However, modified polymers such as EC, PAA and PU may be used first in the electronic pastes being applied by sintering process.
