摘要
调查了２２９名医学生ＶＡ摄入情况和机体ＶＡ营养水平。结果ＶＡ平均摄入量２０９．１μｇ，查出眼结膜印迹细胞异常者占４０．６％，暗适应时间异常者占２５．３％，缺乏病１８．３％。ＶＡ摄入水平分别与机体营养水平鉴定指标作统计处理，差异均有显著性意义（Ｐ＜００５）。表明医学生ＶＡ摄入水平低，机体ＶＡ营养水平差。而且由于ＶＡ摄入水平低，导致机体眼结膜印迹细胞和暗适应异常率高及ＶＡ缺乏病发病率高。
The intake of vitamin A and vitamin A trophic status of 227 medical students were studied by dietary survey,conjunctival impression cytology method and dark adaptation method.The results showed that the mean intake of vitamen A is 209.1 μg/d,the histological changes in the bulbar conjunctiva appear in 40.6% of the students and abnormal dark adaptation in 25.3% of the students.The vitamen A trophic status are obviousely different among the individuals taking different amounts of Vitamin A, indicating that vitamin A, intake of the medical students is not sufficient and many of the students suffer vitamin A deficiency.
