摘要
报道了２９例乳糜尿患者的治疗，其中２４例施行肾蒂淋巴管结扎术治愈，并对乳糜尿的病因、发病机制、诊断方法、乳糜尿的定位作了阐述，分析了乳糜尿外科术式的优缺点。
cases of chyluria were reported.The tieing of lymphangion of renal pedicle was performed in 24 cases.The etiology,mechanism,diagnosis method and position of chyluria were also discussed.The advantages and disadvantages of operation form were analysed.
