The study of marketization was lack of deep analyses before.And marketization was even taken as a'black box'.In fact,marketization include artificial marketization,spontaneous marketization,positive marketization and negative marketization,and all of which together play a role to propel marketization.Their properties and laws are useful in gauging and explaining the process of marketization,judging the status of market economy,and guiding the practice of policies concerned.
