摘要
阐述双色法测温原理,研究了基于图像处理的电荷耦合器件CCD测温系统标定方法。根据实验结果,优选出最佳的增益组合,建立了双色法测温中的系数与灰度的关系,与单色辐射强度和单色亮度值的关系,并用两种方法计算温度。结果表明:两种方法得出的计算值与设定温度值的相对误差都较小,适合工程上的应用,为火焰温度场的测量奠定基础。
The principle of bicolorimetric method and the calibration method of Color-CCD (Charge Coupled Device) Temperature- Measurement System based on Image Processing are presented in this paper. According to the experimental results, the optimal CCD- setting is chosen. The relation between bicolorimetric-method coefficient and gray, monochromatic radiant intensity and brightness are established separately. Two methods are employed to calculate temperature. The calculated results show that the relative errors are small by these methods. It is a fundamental work for the flame temperature measurement.
