摘要
以Blanding方程为基础,利用工业催化裂化装置的实际生产数据,分别建立关于原料性质和操作条件的转化率函数、产品分布和产品性质的关联模型。模型考虑的主要性质包括原料特性因数、538℃馏出率、康氏残炭,主要操作条件包括反应温度、反应压力、空速、回炼比和剂油比;产品分布关联模型包括焦炭、汽油、柴油,产品性质关联模型包括汽油密度、柴油密度、汽油辛烷值、柴油十六烷值。该模型简单易用,适用于指导和优化生产操作,提高经济效益。
Several new FCC correlation models based on Blanding equation have been created by using FCC production data, which could effectively correlate product distribution and properties with feedstock properties and process conditions. Parameters taken into consideration in the models were characterization factor, distillation yield at 538℃ , conradson carbon, reactor temperature, pressure, space velocity, recycle ratio and cat/oil ratio, and so on. The simple models built in this paper could be used to predict various product ratio and their properties, which were very useful to guide and optimize FCC production.
