摘要
目的:探讨电子表格MS Excel在药学数据分析中辅助计算的应用。方法:分析药学数据分析的原理和Excel数据处理方法,将所需解决的问题作数学模型描述,并使用Excel的命令与功能做运算与分析。结果:Excel可做矩阵、线性方程与非线性方程求解、插值、数值微分与积分、常微分方程(组)初值、数据模型拟合和最优化决策等的辅助计算。结论:Excel可以使药学数据分析的理论和方法简明直观、容易理解与应用,且能可视化地表达计算中的概念、方法、过程和结果,应用广泛。
Objective: To describe the application of Microsoft Excel in aided computing of pharmaceutic data analysis. Methods : The theory and methods of the pharmaceutic data analysis in Excel were analyzed and built the mathematical model of the problem calculated with the Excel's commends and functions. Results: Excel may be used in the calculating of the matrix, evaluation of the liner and nonlinear equations, value inserting, differential equation, integral equation, model fitting and mathematical optimization design. Conclusion : By the application of Excel, the theory and methods of the data analysis in pharmaceutical calculating may be expressed clearly, understood and used easily, so the related concept, method, process and result are visualized.
