Development of dynamic process simulation training system for ethylbenzene plant

摘要 以8万吨/年苯乙烯乙苯装置仿真培训系统的开发,对该装置工艺复杂,涉及组分多,无法应用经验模型仿真,故采用严格的机理模型,开发了多个化学单元设备的仿真模块,并采用序贯模块法开发了整个系统的仿真模型,通过有效的计算法,保证仿真速度的实时性和外部特性的逼真。通过验证仿真系统能较真实地反映装置的开停车、生产及事故状态的动态效果,可用于培训操作工,也可用于专家研究生产工艺的优化、诊断和控制方案,在实践中效果良好。 In this paper, 80,000 tons of ethylbenzene styrene device simulation and training system was developed. Due to the complexity of ethylbenzene plant and involving many components in the process, experience models were unable to simulate this plant. In- stead of experience models, a mechanism model was chosen to establish the process simulation. A number of chemical units of the equipment module were developed, the entire system simulation models were established by sequential modular approach. Effective method of computation was used to guarantee realtime simulation speed and the external characteristics of fidelity. By validating simulation system, it could be more true reflection of startup and shutdown of the plant, production and the dynamic state of the accident. The simulation software could be applied to the operator training, the process reforming and diagnosing, and the study of the process control. Its efficiency is satisfactory in practice.
