摘要
对影响连续微滤膜技术深度处理炼化废水效果的几个因素,如操作压力、进水温度、进水流速等进行了研究。并且研究了连续微滤膜污染的清洗效果。将传统工艺处理后的出水进行连续微滤深度处理,可使连续微滤出水的SDI15<3.0,浊度<0.5 NTU,CODCr<55 mg/L,该水可以作为工艺用水回用,同时可作为反渗透系统的进水,用反渗透做进一步的处理。
The factors,such as pressure,influent temperature and velocity, that influences the activity of continuous microfihration membrane technology for treatment of petrochemical wastewater have been studied. The pollutant cleaning efficiency of the continuous micro-filtration(CMF) system has also been studied. The effluent water treated by traditional method is treated by the advanced continuous micro-filtration technology,realizing multi-purpose recycle. The SDI15 of the outlet water after treated by continuous micro-filtration is lower than 3.0. It can be used for advanced reverse osmosis treatment of inlet water. Thus,the water resource is utilized efficiently. After the wastewater is treated with the CMF membrane system,its turbidity is less than 0.5 NTU, CODCr is less than 55 mg/L.
