卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床观察

The rapeutie effect of Carvedilol on chronic heart failure

目的:观察常规药物加用卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:40例心功能Ⅲ～Ⅳ级的心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各20例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,治疗组则在此基础上加用卡维地洛。治疗18周后,观察两组的心功能改善情况以及左室舒张末期内径、左室射血分数的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组为65.0%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的左室舒张末期内径、左室射血分数较对照组有明显变化(P<0.05)。结论:常规药物加用卡维地洛治疗心力衰竭的疗效显著,卡维地洛对治疗心力衰竭有重要意义。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of combination of routine medications and Carvedilol on chronic heart failure （CHF）.Methods：Forty patients with CHF,whose cardiac function levels were between Ill and IV ,were randomized into therapy group and control group,twenty patients in each group.The patients in control group were treated with routine medications,and the other patients were treated with combination of routine medications and Carvedilol.After eighteen weeks＇treatment,the changes of cardiac function,inner diameter of left ventricle at the end of diastole,and left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） of all patients were observed.Results：The overall efficacy rate of therapy group was 95.0%,much higher than that of comparison group （65.0%,P〈0.05）.Mter treatment ,the difference of inner diameter of left ventricle at the end of diastole and LVEF of therapy group were significant,compared with those of comparison group （P〈0.05） .Conclusion：The Therapeutic effect of combination of routine medications and Carvedilol on CHF is good.Carvidilol plays an important role in the therapy of CHF.
