Medical healthcare is never a simple issue concerning peopl’es livelihood; it is a political issue instead. In the report to the 17th NCCPC, peoples’ livelihood with medical treatment, education, housing and distribution as its core components arrests the attention of statesman, never seen before. Ensuring every citizen to enjoy medical care has become an objective before 2020 in China. China’s medical healthcare system has entered a new era of reconstructing and strengthening by putting into place the systems such as public health service, medical service, medical insurance and medicine distribution.
