论汉字规范的现实基础及路径选择

The Language Reality and Strategies to Be Taken for the Standardization of Chinese Characters

本文认为汉字应用"繁、简二元并存"是客观存在的现实,当前要立足于这一现实,进一步明确汉字规范的指导思想,确立汉字规范的整体观和大视野,在稳定现有规范的基础上审慎选择汉字规范的路径,处理好《规范汉字表》研制的有关重要问题。

This paper points out that Simplified Form and Traditional Form of Chinese character use coexist in actual use. Therefore, when the Standardized Chinese Character List is to be compiled, it is imperative to consider the language reality and cautiously make language policies concerning the adjustment on Chinese characters.
