A Study on the Perception of General Language and Writing of People in Rural Gansu

文章分析了甘肃省农村居民的通用语言文字观。分析表明,不同的人群,其通用语言文字观互有差异。但是差异中又见相同,一方面绝大多数人认为掌握通用语言文字有利于交际,另一方面人们对学习和使用通用语言文字没有足够兴趣。应该培养人们的社会责任感,使他们切实认识学习和掌握通用语言文字的重要性。

This article analyzes the perception of general language and writing of in rural Gansu. The analysis concludes that the perception of general language and varies in terms of the population of different groups. The different views towards people writing language use, however, present some common patterns. On the one hand, the overwhelming majority of people arc aware that the command of general language and writing is essential to the human relations ; on the other hand, they are less interested in learning and Using general language and writing. Therefore, such cases should be summarized; awareness of taking general language and writing as a social responsibility be raised ; the importance of learning and using the general language and writing be made explicit.
