基于病例分型理论的医疗费用发生及超限统计分析

Analysis on medical cost and its overrun based on Case Classification

目的:应用病例分型方法分析医疗费用发生及超限,找到医疗费用过快增长和高居不下的症结所在。方法:将医疗费用分为3项主要组成部分:药费、检查费、治疗费。用医学统计学方法对医疗费用的发生及超限进行比较,用以描述特征、发现问题、提出意见。结论:基于病例分型方法评价医疗质量、费用指标,比较科学、全面。提示在医院的建设发展过程中,必须强化科学管理,加强监控,在自身医疗费用管理的问题上下功夫。

objectives： To analyze medical cost and its overrun status by case classification and the causes of medical cost rapid increasing. Methods： Medical cost was divided into three parts, drug cost, test cost and treatment cost. The 3 parts of medical cost was described and compared by case classification. Conclusions：case classification could evaluated medical quality and medical cost. Regulation and management were considered to be strengthened in hospital development.
