摘要
立足于现代企业人力资源管理体系的特点,引入胜任力模型这一前沿理论,主要探讨浙江省台州市中心医院的财务处处长的胜任力模型的构建,为医疗行业人力资源管理提供新思路、新方法。
Based on modem enterprise human resource management system, competency model was practiced in Taizhou Center Hospital to evaluation hospital finance director. The experience of Taizhou center hospital be expected to provide approaches of hospital human resource management.
