端羟基聚丁二烯/聚己内酯型聚氨酯弹性体的研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用预聚法合成了以端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)和聚己内酯二醇(CAPA2200)为软段、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI-100)和3,5-二甲硫基甲苯二胺(DADMT)为硬段的聚氨酯弹性体。研究了预聚体中HTPB与CAPA2200的质量比、NCO含量、扩链系数等因素对聚氨酯弹性体力学性能的影响。结果表明,当NCO质量分数为3.8%、HTPB与CAPA2200质量比为25∶75、扩链系数为0.90时,弹性体的生热较小,综合性能较好。 The polyurethane elastomer was made by prepolymer method whth hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene(HTPB) and polycaprolactone glycol(CAPA2200) react with 2,4-toluene diisocyanate(TDI-100), DADMT as hard segment. The effects of HTPB/CAPA2200 mass ratio, NCO content and chain extender coefficient on the mechanical properties of polyurethane elastomer were discussed. The results showed that the heat-built of elastomer was lower, and properties were good when the NCO content of the prepolymer was 3.8% , the mass ratio of HTPB/ CAPA2200 was 25:75, and the coefficient of chain extender was 0.90.
