摘要
建立了4,4’二氨基.U-苯甲烷(MDA)生产中产生的废盐水中MDA、苯胺含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定方法,确定了测定条件。选用C18反相色谱柱,以乙腈/水=4/6(V/V)作为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长254nm。含盐废水经稀释、中和、过滤后进样。测定结果的相对标准偏差小于1%,MDA的回收率为99.6%~100.4%。
A determination method of MDA and aniline in waste water containing NaCl from MDA production process was estimated by reversed phase HPLC and analysis conditions were determined. Acetonitrile/water = 4/6 (V/V) was used as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The separation column was C18. The detection wave length was 254 nm. The samples were neutralized, diluted and filtered before determination The relative standard deviation was less than 1% and recovery of MDA was 99.6% - 100.4%.
