液相色谱法分析MDA生产废水中MDA和苯胺含量

HPLC Determination of MDA and Aniline Content in Waste Water from MDA Production Process

建立了4，4’二氨基．U-苯甲烷（MDA）生产中产生的废盐水中MDA、苯胺含量的高效液相色谱（HPLC）测定方法，确定了测定条件。选用C18反相色谱柱，以乙腈／水=4／6（V／V）作为流动相，流速1．0mL／min，检测波长254nm。含盐废水经稀释、中和、过滤后进样。测定结果的相对标准偏差小于1％，MDA的回收率为99．6％～100．4％。

A determination method of MDA and aniline in waste water containing NaCl from MDA production process was estimated by reversed phase HPLC and analysis conditions were determined. Acetonitrile/water = 4/6 （V/V） was used as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The separation column was C18. The detection wave length was 254 nm. The samples were neutralized, diluted and filtered before determination The relative standard deviation was less than 1% and recovery of MDA was 99.6% - 100.4%.
