食品标签制度对消费者行为模式影响的实证研究——以杭州市的调查为例 被引量:6

摘要 本文以实地调查数据为基础,运用统计方法分析了杭州市居民在食品标签制度下的消费者行为。研究表明杭州市居民对食品标签的信任度与认知情况不容乐观,食品标签制度已经影响了消费者的消费行为,购买数量和消费方式的变化都会有利于消费者的身体健康。消费者对安全属性可辨认、来源可追溯的食品的额外支付水平较高。最后,根据研究结论提出一些完善食品标签制度的对策。
