Fuzzy Programming Model for Optimal Design of Returned Logistics Network

摘要 考虑设计参数的模糊不确定性,建立了单一产品、有处理能力限制的回收物流网络优化设计的模糊规划模型。根据模糊隶属度将模型中的模糊约束清晰化,继而将模糊规划模型转化为确定性规划模型,结合回收物流网络实际给出了确定性规划模型的有效解算方法,这为模糊规划模型的推广应用奠定了良好基础。另外,通过算例验证了模糊规划模型及其算法的有效性。 Considering design parameter's fuzzy uncertainty, a fuzzy programming model was developed for optimal design of a single product, capacitated returned logistics network. The fuzzy programming model was transfered into a deterministic programming model by converting fuzzy constraints of the model to their respective crisp equivalents with the help of fuzzy subordination degree vactor. An effective calculation method to solve the deterministic programming model was presented by taking into account the returned logistics practical states, thus a good foundation for the fuzzy programming model's sublimation and application was established. In addition, an example was presented to verify the feasibility or validity of the fuzzy programming model and its algorithm.
