摘要
针对泊松分布需求下的多-单维修备件协同库存控制系统,通过对维修备件库存控制方法的研究,提出了基于服务水平约束的维修备件协同库存控制数学模型及其求解算法,系统仿真验证了数学模型及其求解算法的有效性,通过灵敏度分析找出了影响数学模型的关键因素。
We set up a Multiple--single inventory cooperative control model structure of equipment's spare parts which included three parts: one was a control centre; another was the supply group of equipment spare parts; the third was a client. We proposed a mathematical model and algorithm with the restriction of service level and the requirement of spare parts submit Poisson. The simulation shows the control model and algorithm is effective, the most important factor has been found through the analysis of sensitivity.
