广州地区建筑外遮阳节能性能研究

Research of energy efficiency performance of building exterior shading in Guangzhou region

针对广州地区的气候和建筑特点,采用以DOE-2为计算核心的建筑遮阳设计分析软件(ShadePlus),对广州地区常见的多层居住建筑和普通办公建筑进行了外遮阳节能分析。结果表明,最佳的外遮阳策略可以使居住建筑节能率达到72.67%,办公建筑节能率达到57.26%。文中还讨论了适用于广州地区的外遮阳设计方法,探讨了与外遮阳设计相关的采光、通风等问题。

Analyzes the energy efficiency rate of several exterior shading in a multi-floor residential building and an office building using Building Shading Design & Analyze software (ShadePlus) which based on DOE-2 for the climate and architectural features of Guangzhou region. The result shows that the energy efficiency rate will reach 73.14% for residential building and 57.24% for office building with best exterior shading strategy. Discusses exterior shading design method apply to Guangzhou region and related questions such as daylighting and natural ventilation.
