培养合格的全科医生是我国社区卫生事业发展的关键。高等医科院校作为培养高素质医学人才的摇篮,应担负起为社会培养全科医生的责任。文章通过探讨高校如何充分发挥自身优势,建立完善的、多层次的具有中国特色的全科医生培养体制,为高等医科院校的教育改革提供有益的思考。

Training qualified general practitioner is a key for development of community health service. As cradles to train medical talents with high quality, high medical colleges and universities should take on responsibility of training general practitioner. This paper discussed that how high medical colleges and universities made full use of their advantages and established perfect and multi - level general practitioner training system with Chinese characteristics, which could supply some useful ideas for education reform of high medical colleges arid universities.
