Effect of Social Factors on Sustainable Development of New Rural Cooperative Medical System.

该文在文献研究和典型研究基础上,采取比较研究方法,分析东、中西不同的新农合试点县社会因素与新农合发展的关系,如社会经济、小农意识、合作医疗文化积累、社会信任以及地理交通等方面对新农合的影响,明确社会诸因素对新农合发展损耗效应和加速作用,为改善新农合的社会支持环境提供政策依据。

Based on literature review and typical study, with the comparison research method, this paper analyzed the relationships between social factors and development of new rural cooperative medical system in pilot counties in the east, central and west China, which were social economy, small-scale peasant consciousness, culture accumulation of cooperative medical system, social trust, geography and communication. The paper determined the loss effect and acceleration effect of social factors on new rural cooperative medical system, which could supply some references for improving social support environment of new rural cooperative medical system,
