骨桥蛋白(osteopontin,OPN)是一种分泌型磷酸糖蛋白,与乳腺癌的侵袭和转移有密切相关,它存在于细胞基质内,既是细胞附件,又是一种趋化性因子。近几年研究证实OPN在肿瘤细胞的黏附移行、浸润血管生成及内环境中起关键作用,为乳腺癌的诊断和治疗提供了新的思路,为防治乳腺癌转移提供了一种潜在的靶点。

Osteopontin is a secreted phosphoglycoprotein, associated with the invasion and metastasis of breast cancer. It lies in extracellular matrix. It is both cell attachment and chemotactic fac tor. Recently, it has been demonstrated that osteopontin plays a key role on adhesion migration, infiltration angiogenesis and internal environment. Osteopontin can provide a new thread for diagnose and therapy in breast cancer. Further, it can be used as a potential prevention and cure target for breast cancer.
