齐多夫定和香菇多糖对免疫抑制小鼠的影响

摘要 抗HIV药物自1987年HIV逆转录酶抑制剂齐多夫定问世后至今已开发出24种有效药物,高活性抗逆转录疗法(HAART)或复方制剂也已在艾滋病的临床治疗中广泛应用,但清除病毒、根治艾滋病的问题仍未解决。免疫调节药物作为辅助用药的可能性受到广泛的关注。据报道多糖类活性成分如香菇多糖,可使T细胞恢复活性,促进白细胞介素的产生,增强单核巨噬细胞的功能,在细胞内培养对HIV感染也有免疫调节作用。我们采用流式细胞技术,在小鼠鼠白血病病毒感染和环孢菌素注射致小鼠免疫缺陷模型中,探讨抗HIV药物齐多夫定和免疫药物香菇多糖对鼠白血病和外周血淋巴细胞亚群的变化情况,以便评价这两种药物在小鼠体内对病毒感染和免疫系统的影响。
