摘要
为开拓超声波技术在植物染料染色中的应用,以植物ML-CT色素对羊毛织物的染色为例,研究了其在超声波辅助作用和常规条件下的染色性能。结果表明:超声波对ML-CT色素染羊毛织物有明显的促染作用,可以降低染色温度,缩短染色时间,减少染料用量,一定程度上改善了织物的染色牢度,并通过正交试验优化了超声波染色的工艺参数。
In order to exploit the application of ultrasonic technique in vegetable dyes dyeing, it takes the wool fabric dyeing using ML - CT coloring matter as an example. The comparing experiments with and without ultrasonic showed that the ultrasonic can improve the dyeing effect, lower dyeing temperature, shorten dyeing time, and reduce the amount of dyes. It can also improve fastness of the fabrics to some extent. The technological parameters are optimized by the orthogonal experiment.
