摘要
介绍了水解酸化+接触氧化法工艺处理毛织品水洗废水的工艺设计和运行效果。该工艺具有处理效果好、低能耗、易管理等特点。在进水COD为400-500 mg/L,BOD为150-200 mg/L,SS为150-200 mg/L的条件下,经过本系统处理后,平均出水COD保持在50 mg/L以下,BOD保持在15 mg/L以下,SS保持在10 mg/L以下,出水水质达到GB 8978-1996的Ⅰ级标准。
The process composed of hydrolysis acidification and biological contact oxidationwas adopted to treat wool washing wastewater. In this paper the design and performance of this facility are presented. This process is effective for pollutant removal and has advantages of low energy consumption and easy control. Under normal condition when the inlet COD level of the raw wastewater at 400 - 500 mg/L, BOD level at 150 - 200 rag/L, SS level at 150-200 mg/L, the mean residual COD in effluent will be lower than 50 rag/L, BOD will be lower than 15 mg/L, SS will be lower than 10 mg/L, which conform with the first grade discharge standard of GB8978 - 1996.
