钾镁锌硼钼肥对椪柑产量和品质的影响 被引量:36

Effect of Potassium,Magnesium,Zinc,Boron and Molybdeum Application on Fruit Yield and Quality of Poon-kan

摘要 在成龄椪柑桔园连续3年施肥试验结果表明,施用钾、镁、锌、硼和钼肥对椪柑产量和品质有不同程度的影响。在红泥土和河沙土上氮磷钾平衡施较不施钾显著增加椪柑产量,分别增产14.3%和13.5%。在施用氮磷钾基础上施镁、锌、硼和钼肥,可使红泥土上椪柑果实产量依次平均增产8.6%、7.9%、7.4%和2.7%,可使河沙土上的椪柑果实产量依次平均增产4.3%、4.2%、3.1%和2.2%。施钾能增加果实的维生素C、全糖和可溶性固形物含量,而能降低全酸含量和糖/酸比。在施用氮磷钾基础上施镁、锌和硼能增加椪柑果实的维生素C、全糖和可溶性固形物含量。施钼肥导致果实中全酸含量的提高和糖/酸比的降低。在红泥土和河沙土上施钾使椪柑果皮增厚,施镁使果皮变薄,施锌硼对果皮影响甚微,施钼能明显地使果皮增厚。 Fertilization experiment was conducted at the mature poon-kan orchard during 3 years(1999-2001) to determine the effect of K,Mg,Zn,B and Mo on yield and quality of poon-kan fruit.There were different beneficial effects of K,Mg,Zn,B and Mo application on yield and quality of poon-kan fruit.The results showed that fruit yield and quality of combined application of N,P and K were significantly higher compared to NP.Fruit yields of applied K increased by 14.3% and 13.5%,in reddish clayey soil and alluvial sandy soil.In reddish clayey soil,the yield of poon-kan with Mg,Zn,B and Mo application on the basis of N,P and K increased by 8.6%,7.9%,7.4% and 2.7%,respectively,and in alluvial sandy soil the yield of poon-kan increased by 4.3%,4.2%,3.1% and 2.2%,respectively.Potassium application could increase vitamin C,total sugar and soluble solids content of fruit,but reduce total acid content and sugar/acid ratio of fruit.On the basis of applying N,P and K,Mg,Zn,B and Mo application could increase vitamin C,total sugar and soluble solids content of poon-kan fruit.Molybdenum application resulted in the improvement of total acid content and the reduction of sugar/acid ratio.In reddish clayey soil and alluvial sandy soil,K application could increase the fruit with thick rinds,and Mg application increased the fruit with thin rinds,Zn and B application had little effect on fruit rinds,Mo application obviously produced fruit with thick rinds.
