摘要
知识服务是指以个人内在的专业知识为用户解决问题的服务。图书馆界提出的"知识服务"观点的实质内容或者与文献信息服务并无区别,或者无法真正解决问题,因此,不作为图书馆服务定位,而应坚持文献信息服务定位。
Knowledge service refers to the service taking individual professional knowledge to help the users to solve problems. Knowledge service, which is proposed in the library field, either does not distinguish with the information service, or cannot be achieved, and cannot be regarded as the localization of library service. Consequently, the library service should still be localized at literature information service.
