对外刊招标与集团订购的思考

Reflections on Purchasing the Foreign Journals via Consortium and Bidding

对采购外国及港澳台报刊进行招标将促进图书馆改变传统的订购方式,已发展9年的集团采购也将受到影响。为促进同行之间的交流,本文对84个单位进行了外刊招标与集团订购的倾向性意见调查,并以问卷结果作思考线索,探讨如何适应新的采购模式。

Importing the foreign and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan areas newspapers and journals via bidding, the library will further promote the changes from the traditional ordering methods. Having been developed for nine years, the consortium will be affected too. To promote exchanges between the counterparts of the 84 libraries, a survey concerning the tendentious opinions of bidding and consortium has been exerted. Taking the questionnaire results as clue, this paper discusses the most effective ways to adapt to the new procurement mode.
