Experimental Research on Laser Sintering of Nanostructured PSZ Feedstock Powders

摘要 基于激光烧结技术,以重构的氧化钇部分稳定氧化锆(PSZ)纳米陶瓷团聚体粉末为研究对象,进行了纳米结构陶瓷小块体制备的探索试验研究。结果表明,在一定的参数条件下,样品内部存在特有的两相复合的微观结构,即未熔化和熔化区域。通过对不同激光功率下制备所得的试样的内部微观结构对比,分析样件微观结构和激光功率的关系,并通过显微硬度测试进一步分析了两相复合结构和显微硬度的关系,理论上给出了这种两相复合结构可能存在的优势。 Reconstituted nanostructured partially stabilized zirconia (PSZ) feedstock powders were laser sintered under a range of laser processing parameters. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was applied to analyze the microstructure of the powders and sintered bulk. Microhardness of the samples was also tested by Vickers Microhardness tester. These results demonstrated that the microstructure of the samples exhibits a bimodal distribution which comprises molten and non molten feedstock particles. It was also observed that Microhardness values have respect to the proportion of non-molten feedstock in those samples. Furthermore, some potential advantages of such bimodal microstructure were also concerned.
