摘要
平均故障间隔时间(MTBF)作为产品的可靠性指标,因其表述问题直观、数学处理简单,而得到了广泛地应用。在对该指标适用性进行系统研究的基础上,发现在一定条件下,可用某一适当参数下的指数分布替代正态分布,并用MTBF指标对其可靠性进行评价,从而扩展了MTBF指标的适用性,算例分析验证了这一方法的正确性。文章所研究内容对于工程中实际运用MTBF作为可靠性评价指标具有很好的现实意义。
As the production reliability criteria MTBF is used widely, which narrates problems directly and calculates simply by mathematics. Based on the systematical research on suitability of the criteria, it is found that the normal distribution can be instead of the exponential distribution with certain parameters in some conditions, at the same time, the production reliability can be evaluated by MTBF. The method extends the suitability of MTBF criteria, and its validity is proved by the instance. The content in this paper can be used to guide the engineering use of the reliability criteria MTBF.
