摘要
运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法阐明了荀子的休闲体育观。首先论述了荀子休闲体育观的哲学思想,顺应自然和“人为贵”。在此基础上从其《乐论》入手,阐明了他的娱乐观点——“人不能无乐”,进而分析了如何乐——生与养的问题。对其寄教育于娱乐之中及“治气养生”的观点做了分析,肯定荀子顺应自然、和谐发展的休闲游乐的体育观。
Based on the research and analysis of relevant literature,this paper illustrates Xunzi′s view on leisure sport.Firstly,it discusses the philosophical thinking imbedded in it.With ＂music is a must for human life＂ as stated in his essay as the entry point,the author explains what Xun Zi thinks of leisure sport,how to entertain oneself,and how to keep in good health.In addition,by analyzing Xun Zi＇s belief in leisure sport as a medium of education and his opinion on health preserving,the author affirms Xun Zi′s thought with regards to being respectful to natural laws and to harmonious development.
