西安高校体育场馆资源配置与经营情况调查研究

Investigation of Gymnsium Resource Arrangement and Operating Condition in Xi′an Universities

通过对西安35所高校体育场馆经营情况进行深入系统的调查。研究发现,西安高校体育场馆资源严重短缺;西安高校体育场馆有偿开放率在全国处于中等水平;体育场馆经营管理方式相对落后;高校体育场馆经营没有融入社会,经营的立体规模有限;经营效益较差。高校体育场馆的建设资金应积极向社会融资,以弥补目前高校体育场馆建设投资不足的局面。

By investigating the Xi′an 35 universities′ gymnasium operating condition,we find that their gymnasium resource is badly short;The rate of the gymnsium which should be paid for entering in Xi′an is in the medium level in the nation;The gymnsium management is relative backward and doesn＇t melt into the society;The three-dimensional scale of the management is limited;The operating benefit misses;The university gumnsium construction fund should be positively to social financing to make up the aspect that the constructional investment of the university gymnsium is insufficient.
