疏风宣肺汤治疗咳嗽型哮喘临床研究

Clinical Observation of Shufeng Xuanfei Tang on Treating Cough Variant Asthma Patients

目的通过观察服药前后咳嗽的变化和肺功能的情况,评价疏风宣肺汤治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘的临床疗效。方法将60例咳嗽变异型哮喘患者随机分为2组。治疗组30例,用疏风宣肺汤治疗;对照组30例,用舒氟美加必可酮治疗。疗程14d。于1个疗程后判断疗效,观察2组患者给药前后咳嗽的症状、昼夜发作次数的变化及肺功能的改变情况。结果疏风宣肺汤对咳嗽变异型哮喘的总有效率为86.67%,其疗效与舒氟美加必可酮接近(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗前后中医证候积分显著下降。结论疏风宣肺汤治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘疗效确切。

Objective To evaluate the clinical medical effect of Shufeng Xuanfei Tang on cough variant asthma by observing the changes of cough and the situation of lung function before and after treatment. Method 60 patients with cough variant asthina were distributed into the treated group and the control group evenly and randomly. The former were given given Theophylline and Beclomethasone for 14 days. Shufeng Xuanfei Tang for 14 days. The latter were The effect of treatment was decided by the detection digit. The syptom, the times of cough and the lung function were detected. Results The total efficient rate of Shufeng Xuanfei Tang was 86.67%, and very close to that of Theophylline and Beclomethasone （P〉0.05）. Shufeng Xuanfei Tang could decline integral of Chinese medicine syptom markedly after treatment. Shufeng Xuanfei Tang could evidently improve the lung function. Conclusion The effect Shufeng Xuanfei Tang in treating cough variant asthina is sure.
