天麻多糖-2对小鼠四氯化碳肝损伤和酒精肝损伤的保护作用 被引量:16

摘要 目的观察天麻多糖(GEP)-2对小鼠四氯化碳(CCl4)肝损伤和酒精肝损伤的影响。方法分别采用CCl4和北京红星二锅头诱导小鼠肝损伤,比色法测定血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)以及酒精肝损伤中三酰甘油(TG)的含量、肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力和丙二醛(MDA)浓度,并作肝组织切片病理观察。结果GEP-2(25、50、100mg/kg)给药明显降低小鼠血清中升高的ALT和AST水平及酒精性肝损伤中TG含量,抑制肝脏中上升的MDA水平和提高过低的SOD活性。病理检查结果显示GEP-2有明显的保肝作用。结论GEP-2对小鼠CCl4肝损伤和酒精肝损伤均具有显著的保护作用。 Objective To observe the protection effect of Polysaccharide GEP-2 from Gastrodia elata on carbon tetrachloride (CCh) and alcoholic liver injury in mice, Methods CCh and alcohol were adopted to establish CCh and alcoholic liver injury model in mice respectively. Colorimetric method was used to assay the content of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST), and the content of triglyceride (TG) in alcoholic liver injury, the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondiadehyde (MDA) consistent of liver homogenate in mice, and observe liver tissue pathological section. Results Polysaccharide GEP-2 from Gastrodia elata (25, 50, 100 mg/kg) administration obviously reduced the high level of ALT and AST in serum and the content of TG in alcoholic liver injury, inhibit the high level of MDA and increase the low activity of SOD in liver homogenate. Patholory inspection result indicated that Polysaccharide GEP-2 from Gastrodia elata exert notable influence on CCh and alcoholic liver injury in mice. Conclusion Polysaccharide GEP-2 from Gastrodia elata has apparently protective effects on CCh and alcoholic induced liver injury in mice.
