摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法对小蓟中芦丁成分进行定量。方法采用Lichrospher C18色谱柱(4.6mm×200mm,5μm),柱温30℃,甲醇-0.5%醋酸(体积比为35∶65)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长254nm。结果小蓟中芦丁的含量为0.5808mg/g。结论经过系统的方法学考察,该方法具有简便、专属、稳定、可重复的特点,可用于小蓟中芦丁的含量测定。
Objective HPLC was used to establish a method for determination of rutin in herba crisii. Methods Lichrospher C18 column (4.6 mm×200 mm, 5 μm) was used with methoanol-acefic acid (35 : 65) as mobile phase, flow rate being 1.0 mL/min, column temperature at 30 ℃, detection wavelength at 254 nm. Results The content of rutin in herba crisii was 0.5808 mg/g. Conclusions The method is proved to be simple, rapid, and accurate. It can be applied to content determination of rutin in herba crisii.
