随着近些年来乒乓球比赛规则的不断更改,乒乓球比赛活动日益开展,对掌握专业乒乓球竞赛规则裁判员的需求也不断增加,同时由于参赛的队员大多数是业余选手,对乒乓球比赛的竞赛规程不是十分了解,这就对裁判员的组织能力和执法能力提出了更高的要求。因此,探讨高等体育院校如何培养一批具有专业乒乓球裁判水平的专项乒乓球人才,对于乒乓球运动在群众体育活动中的持续发展有着重要的意义。

In recent years,the race of Pingpong changes constantly,the race and sport of Pingpong hold increasingly and the request to the Pingpong judgment is higher and higher.At the same time,most players are amateur,they are not familiar to race rule which is the most important reason to improve the Pingpong judgment ability.Therefore,discussing how to foster Pingpong judgment who have major level in colleges which has great significance to develop Pingpong sport in public P.E.activity constantly.
