浅谈“三性合一”的艺术体操

A Survey into the "Three-Character-in-One" Artistic Gymnastics

从艺术体操所具有的"三性",即艺术性、竞技性、健身性出发,论述了"三性"各自的特点,以及它们之间的关系和内在规律。并提出了艺术是灵魂、竞技是核心、健身是基础的"三性合一"的艺术体操新理念,从而探索出未来艺术体操的发展之路。

This article is aimed not only at the illustration of the different orientations of the ＂three characteristics＂ of artistic gymnastics：artistry,competitiveness and body-building,but also at the relationship and the hidden rule among them.A new ＂three-in-one＂ idea is put forward that artistry is the soul;competitiveness is the core and body-building,the base,so that the direction of the further development of this gymnastics has been found.
