广西艺术体操后备人才培养的研究

A Research on the Rhythmic Gymnastic of Young Talent Reserve in Guangxi

采用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查研究方法,对2006年广西少年儿童艺术体操锦标赛进行调查,对各运动队的训练、选材、竞赛等几个方面的现状进行调查与分析,结果表明:广西艺术体操基层后备力量比较好,但是选材缺乏科学性,经费、场地落实不理想是存在的主要问题。应鼓励开展训练、参与比赛,重视选材指标的测定,加强对教练的专业化培训,拓宽艺术体操后备人才的来源,各级领导要给与鼓励和扶持,为广西艺术体操的良性发展构建坚实的基础。

Through using the method of literature,expert interviews,questionnaire etc,this paper makes investigation on guangxi Children rhythmic gymnastic championship of 2006 and surveys and analyzes the stitution of the train,selecting material,competition and other aspects of every sport team.The result shows that the grass-roots reserve strength of Guangxi artistic gymnastics is infairly good,but its main problem is that the select material of artistic gymnastics being short of scientificalness.Besides,the expense space are not worth being also an important problem.therefore.The other district city of guangxi within should be ercouraged to develop train,participate in competition,pay attention to the material index determination,reinforce the degree of specialization of coach,and,open up more channels of rhythmic gymnastic of Young Talent Reserve,all-level leaders must give the encouragement and support to rhythmic gymnastic,lay a solid foundation for rhythmic gymnastic development in Guangxi.
