山东省排球后备人才培养现状探究

The Research on Volleyball Reserved Personnel Training in Shandong Province

在市场经济条件下,山东省排球后备人才培养模式逐渐由原来举国体制下的"一条龙"模式转向由社会各界力量参与的政府主导的"一体多元"格局方向发展,通过对运动员、教练员以及排球官员的调查,对山东省排球运动后备人才培养现状进行分析,提出了相应的对策,为山东省排球运动在市场经济条件下的可持续发展提供参考。

Under the market economy,Shandong Province volleyball reserve personnel training mode is shifted gradually from the national system of ＂one-stop＂ mode to ＂integrated pluralistic＂ pattern participated by the community forces and led by the government.By means of investigation involved with the athletes,coaches and officials of Shandong Province,this paper has analyzed the current situations of training the reserved volleyball talents,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures,which provides references for the sustainable development of Shandong volleyball activities under the conditions of market economy.
