体育中考学生竞技状态的特征及调控

研究表明,心理状态是影响体育中考学生形成最佳考试竞技状态的最关键因素。POMS量表测试显示,在参加体育中考的学生中,有82.8%的考生在TMD总分方面处于高分段,其心理在考前处于不健康状态,不能形成最佳的考试竞技状态,女生的情况更为严重;来自城市和农村的考生情形大致相同;应重点帮助学生在考前建立起积极的考试心理定势,注重考前超量恢复的集合效益以及对学生的生物节奏进行相应的调控。

The study shows that the state of psychology is the most key factor in the formation of the top competitive form in the graduate of middle school.The POMS shows that the scores of 82.8% students local a high level,and they can not form the top competitive form.The condition of the girl is worse than the boy.
