陕南秦巴山区中学课余体育训练现状与对策研究

Study on Current Situation and Countermeasure of After Class Sports Training of the Middle-Schools in Qin Ling and Ba Shan Mountain Areas in Southern of Shaanxi

采用文献资料法、调查访问法、专家座谈法和数理统计等研究方法,对秦巴山区中学课余体育训练现状进行了调查,结果显示,造成秦巴山区中学课余体育训练开展不利的因素,主要表现在校领导指导思想不正确,体育场地设施严重匮乏,师资队伍水平欠缺,训练时间太少,训练经费缺乏,以及影响学生参加课余训练的主要因素等。

The paper investigates on current situation of after class sports training of county middle-schools in Qin Ling and Ba Shan Mountain Areas by using the methods of documents,investigation and interview,experts＇ conversation and mathematical statistics and so on.The results show that the main factors of leading to after class sports training carrying out disadvantageous of county middle-schools in Qin Ling and Ba Shan Mountain Areas,it show that the guiding ideology of school leader don＇t right,sports place and facilities short seriously,teachers standard is deficient,training time short specially,training funds short,and main factors of effect students join after class training.
