摘要 目的:观察不同强度脉冲电磁场(PEMFs)对去势后大鼠骨质疏松症的影响.方法:30只雌性SD大鼠行双侧卵巢切除术建立骨质疏松动物模型,随机分为3组(n=10):磁场组暴露于强度分别为4×10-4T,15×10-4T的PEMFs环境中(f=15Hz,τ=5ms),暴磁时间为6h/d;对照组饲养于线圈中,但不暴磁.12wk后,对血清骨钙素、骨密度以及生物力学等参数进行检测.结果:与对照组相比,实验组骨密度、最大载荷及结构刚度均有增加(P<0.05),血清骨钙素水平减少(P<0.05);两个磁场组之间作比较,各指标的差异也具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:PEMFs有益于骨质疏松症的预防和治疗,磁场参数的选择对其疗效有影响. AIM: To study the effects of pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMFs) with different intensity on osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats. METHODS: Thirty female SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups ( n = 10 in each group), and the osteoportic models were established by performing bilateral ovariectomized. The rats in magnetic groups were fed in 15 Hz PEMFs, in which pulse duration was set to be 5 ms (6 h/d). The magnetic intensities were adjusted to 4 ×10^-4 T and 15×10^-4 T respectively. The rats in control group were just fed in coils, and the instrument of PEMFs was powered off. After 12 weeks, the changes of serum bone carboxyglutamic acid containing prorein (BGP) , bone mineral density (BMD) and biomechanical properties were examined. RESULTS: Compared with control group, the values in magnetic groups such as BMD, maximum load and structural rigidity, increased significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ). However, the values of serum BGP decreased obviously ( P 〈 0.05 ). In addition, statistical significance was detected in these values between the two magnetic groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). CONCLUSION : PEMFs is helpful to the treatment and prevention of osteoporosis, and the parameters can influence the curative effects.
